PAYMENT PROCEDURES AND CANCELLATION GUIDELINES
If your booking is confirmed more than two weeks prior to arrival date we may require a deposit by major credit card. If your suite booking is confirmed less than two weeks prior to arrival we require full payment at that time, for the agreed amount as stated in the "Reservation Agreement". At that time a copy of the invoice will issued. This amount will be for the first thirty days and any deposits will be deducted. If your stay is more than 30 days, an invoice will be e-mailed to you or your company prior to your due date (30 days). your credit card or submission of your company cheque is due on the 31st day of your stay for the agreed amount stated in the "Reservation Agreement". Every One will be required to sign a major credit card voucher upon arrival only for security purposes. We require a minimum of seven day’s advance written (e-mail or fax) notice for any cancellation or reduction to your stay. If you fail to give notice you will be charged a seven night stay as per stated on the "Reservation Agreement".
